Taunton Place 6 betting preview | November 24th

12.40 – Join Racing TV Now ‘National Hunt’ Novices’ Hurdle – 2m

Paul Nicholls’ TIMEFORATUNE was a smart bumper performer and left his hurdles debut fourth behind him when winning emphatically last time despite looking far from the finished article. His trainer applies the cheekpieces here, which could signal improvement and therefore this six-year-old should prove hard to beat.

Selections: TIMEFORATUNE

CAN YOU CALL has a lot of useful form in the book and this former smart bumper/hurdler ended last season with a decisive victory over fences. He clearly benefited from being ridden positively and, with the best form on offer and his stable in good form, he can return with a bang on his return over hurdles.

Selections: CAN YOU CALL

13.45 – Every Race Live On Racing TV Novices’ Handicap Hurdle – 2m7f

JET OF MAGIC has won three of his last four starts and made a successful stable debut for Paul Nicholls when winning very easily by eleven lengths at Hereford nine days ago. A good claimer who takes off seven pounds has been booked to ride here and he should take a lot of beating here with more to offer.

Selections: JET OF MAGIC

14.20 – Visit racingtv.com Novices’ Handicap Chase – 2m7f

A few of these have chances but Paul Nicholls’ HUELGOAT is unbeaten in four starts over fences and a two pound rise for his latest success might not be enough to stop him winning again. This race will test his metal further but he remains well-handicapped off 120 (beat 120-rated horse three starts back) and is fancied to go in again here.

Selections: KAYF HERNANDO, HUELGOAT

14.50 – Bet At racingtv.com Handicap Hurdle – 2m3f

PASVOLSKY made the most of a good opportunity over fences last month and connections put him back over hurdles here, which clearly states they feel he’s too well-treated in this sphere as he’s only a pound higher back over hurdles. Moreover, a seven-pounds claimer is booked to ride and he could be extremely competitive here with his stable in good form. ITSO FURY placed in four bumpers and has won both starts over hurdles since. He could be well-handicapped and could complete the hat-trick.

Selections: PASVOLSKY, ITSO FURY

15.20 – Mike Trickey And Geoff White Memorial Handicap Chase

OPENING BID was successful off a much higher mark last November and has rattled the crossbar in two subsequent starts over hurdles to suggest he could be a big player returned to chasing here. GO AS YOU PLEASE isn’t the most consistent of horses but he’s below his last winning mark and might not be far away.

Selections: OPENING BID, GO AS YOU PLEASE
