Thanksgiving FREE Chance at £10,000
Last weekend, our weekly NFL Pick 7 pool was won by one lucky punter. Starting with over 1,000 units, our punter was the last 0.1 units standing after a week of tight results across America.
Early Kick Offs
The pool began with 3 games kicking off at 18:00 on Sunday. The Tennessee Titans visited Indianapolis. After the 1st quarter it was the hosts who took a commanding 14-0 lead. This lead was maintained heading into half time with both teams scoring 7 points in the 2nd quarter. The Colts hung on for a 24-17 win.
The New York Giants played host to the Chicago Bears on the East coast. Despite many people backing the Giants to win comfortably, the Bears started stronger and went into half time leading 16-9. But a 3rd quarter turn around by the Giants, in which they scored 13 points to nil, carried them to a 22-16 victory.
In the final early game, the Arizona Cardinals visited a Minnesota Vikings side on a 4 game losing streak. Early on, the Vikings managed to get their nose in front to take a 20-17 lead at the end of the 2nd quarter. 10 points in the 3rd quarter helped the Vikings hold on and take the win 30-24.
Following these games, the pool contained 7.39 units.
Evening Kick Offs
The first of the evening games saw the Miami Dolphins visit the new home of the Rams in Los Angeles. The home team took a 7-0 lead into half time in a low scoring affair. But a 4th quarter surge from the Dolphins, saw them pick up 14 points in the final quarter and the 14-10 win.
The New England Patriots came out victorious on the road against the San Francisco 49ers. A close first half came to a close with the Patriots leading 13-10. A 17-7 final quarter allowed the Patriots to run out comfortable winners 30-17.
In Seattle, the Seattle Seahawks faced Carson Wentz’s Philadelphia Eagles. The Seahawks took a 16-7 lead into half time. 10 more points from Seattle, and only 8 from the Eagles, resulted in a 26-15 victory to the Seahawks.
These games left 0.44 units in the pool for a £200,000 jackpot and consolations at £2,000 and £1,000.
Late Kick Off
Our final game saw the Green Bay Packers visit Washington, in a high scoring affair with the Redskins. The Redskins ended the second quarter with a 13-10 lead . Scoring 9 points in the 3rd quarter, before a final quarter 20 points allowing the Redskins to walk away with the win 42-24. It was with this score, that our final punter had won the pool. Also providing the opportunity at the bonus round to increase the win by £10,000.
The Bonus Round
As with all pools containing a bonus fund, our punter has an opportunity to double their winnings RISK FREE in the bonus leg.
The selected fixture for this week is from the Thanksgiving bumper NFL Thursday. The NFC North rivals face off in Detroit, as the Lions host the Vikings with playoffs on the minds. Our punter has made their decision and is backing the Lions to win by 1-6 points for £10,000!
