Southwell Place 6 betting preview | November 11th

12.15 – Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Handicap Chase – 3m

GALOP DU BOSC made an impressive stable debut when bolting up at Chepstow last month by twenty lengths. He wasn’t in the same form at Ludlow eight days ago but he wasn’t beaten far into third and this course should see him in a better light under a positive ride. Tim Vaughan’s charge is fancied to resume winning ways here.

Selections: Galop Du Bosc

12.45 – Cazoo Handicap Chase – 2m4f

OUT THE GLEN has taken very well to chasing and gained three wins, which includes the last two times. He beat a subsequent winner when last spotted, so the form has a lot of substance and he has a solid record fresh too. He should go close to completing the hat-trick here.

Selections: Out The Glen

13.20 – attheraces.com Novices’ Handicap Chase – 1m7f

MORDRED made a nice winning start over fences in September and although he was below-par back over hurdles, he’s the sort to bounce back and should have more to offer back over the bigger obstacles. BOTTLE HILL quickly has his attention turned to chasing and makes his handicap debut off a lenient mark, so could he thereabouts.

Selections: Mordred, Bottle Hill

13.55 – AJ Speechley Electrical Contractors Juvenile Maiden Hurdle – 1m7f

The Nigel Hawke-trained I HAVE A VOICE wasn’t beaten far at Chepstow last month and that form has been boosted by the first and second since. This race is a lot easier, so with further improvement anticipated, he could be ready to open his account here.

Selections: Balgowan, I Have A Voice

14.30 – Visit S&D Bookmakers At sdbet.co.uk ‘National Hunt’ Maiden Hurdle – 1m7f

DONAIRE won once and was second in three bumper starts and made a good start to his hurdles career when runner-up at Stratford last month. With that experience under his belt against mostly hurdling debutants, he should prove difficult to beat here.

Selections: Donaire

15.05 – Alan & Judy Speechley Memorial Mares’ Handicap Hurdle – 1m7f

Ben Pauling has his team in excellent form and the consistent ENCASHMENT might finally get his head in front here. He was beaten less than a length when last spotted and gets into this race off the exact same mark. A similar showing should see him go two places better.

Selections: Encashment
