NFL Tips: Cowboys might need a miracle against the Saints

The NFL Point Margin – Pick 7 Rollover has reached £156k+ and our expert, NFLGirlUK, is determined to be the one to take it down! She returns with another outstanding tipping article and a Syndicate to join if you agree with her NFL Tips.

Carolina Panthers @ Houston Texans

With the Texans coming off a good win in LA, playing at home and with the pass rush showing some signs of life last week, it’ll be a tough ask for Kyle Allen to continue the exceptional level he showcased for the Panthers in his first NFL start in week 3.

The Texans offence has been hot and cold so far this season but Deshaun Watson will probably make enough plays to edge this tight one.

Houston Texans: 1-6, 7-12

Tennessee Titans @ Atlanta Falcons

That Browns victory in week 1 must feel like an age ago for Tennessee after 2 defeats. Mariota is yet to throw an interception this season but is playing conservatively and will face a good pass defence on Sunday.

The Titans have an excellent pass defence themselves which may make things difficult for Matt Ryan who needs to get more out of the running game. This one could go either way.

Tennessee Titans: 1-6

Atlanta Falcons: 7-12

Kansas City Chiefs @ Detroit Lions

Strangely Patrick Mahomes first game in a dome. No conditions to have to deal with and a fast hard track; what could go wrong for the Lions?

Andy Reid and Mahomes are on fire at the moment and it’s hard to see how Detroit come out of this with the win because the Chiefs can score whenever they want at the moment. The only hope they have is if Matt Patricia can dial up some Belichick-style disguised coverages to confuse Mahomes, whether they can do it for four quarters though is unlikely.

Kansas City Chiefs: 7-12, 13-18

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Denver Broncos

Denver’s season will be over if they don’t get their first win on the board this Sunday. Joe Flacco has been ok but it’s the red zone offence that’s killing them.

Another thing hurting them is the lack of any effectively pass rush on defence. Von Miller and Bradley Chubb need to disrupt cult hero Gardner Minshew, who can run the air raid style offence well enough to keep the Jaguars in the game. Desperation will play it’s part to give the Broncos the edge in Mile High.

Jacksonville Jaguars: 7-12

Denver Broncos: 7-12, 13-18

Minnesota Vikings @ Chicago Bears

Two of the best defences go head to head in week 4’s NFL North crunch match. Who’s going to keep pace with the Packers?

Two quarterbacks who have question marks over how far they can take their respective teams. Mike Zimmer likes to hide his by running the ball like it’s 1965, the Vikings are 2nd in running yards, and 31st in passing in the league.

The game probably comes down to how much Trubisky can do against a good Viking defence. If he can make some plays the Bears win, turnover the ball and it’s the Vikings day.

Minnesota Vikings: 7-12

Chicago Bears: 1-6, 7-12

Dallas Cowboys @ New Orleans Saints

The Saints beat the Seahawks through defence and special teams last week and Teddy Bridgewater doing enough but no more. Whether he can maintain that level and win against the Cowboys is doubtful. There may be more showings of Tayson Hill in this game to keep Dallas off balance but the Cowboys offence and Dak Prescott are playing as well as anyone in the league. It’d be close with Drew Brees playing, without him you fear for the Saints.

New Orleans Saints: 7-12, 13-18

Cincinnati Bengals @ Pittsburgh Steelers

Bottom dwellers of the NFL North go head to head Monday night. This is not where the Steelers though they’d be after week 3.

They must win but the question is whether the Steelers have enough offence at the moment, the running game is struggling with James Conner and Mason Rudolph still looks raw.

The Bengals can move the ball through the air and the Steelers have struggled immensely in that department so far. It could get ugly for Pittsburgh and the worst thing is that they no longer own next year’s first round draft pick when it could be the highest it’s been for years.

Cincinnati Bengals: 7-12
