First, make sure you are logged in. Then, from the main menu, click on “Withdrawal” and simply follow the instructions on the page.
For regulatory reasons, you will generally be required to withdraw by the same payment method that you previously used to deposit. If you are withdrawing winnings without having ever deposited to Colossus, or you deposited with a prepaid card that does not accept withdrawals, you can request a withdrawal by bank transfer.
Please note that in order to withdraw via bank transfer you will need to provide a copy of a bank statement with your name and details visible to [email protected].
