14.10 – Join Racing TV Now Maiden Hurdle – 1m7f

Harry Whittington’s DEER HUNTER showed fair promise in two bumpers earlier this year and makes his hurdles debut here. He’ll need to step forward in this sphere but is in the right hands and shouldn’t be far away if ready to roll.

SONGO was useful on the flat, winning twice and should step forward from his eye-catching fourth at Huntingdon on hurdles debut today, so he must enter calculations in a race that won’t take a lot of winning.

14.45 – Use The Tracker Novices’ Handicap Chase – 1m7f

This looks pretty weak and it could pay to side with Gary Moore’s BAD BOY DU POULDA, who took a step in the right direction when going close a couple of weeks ago. He has plenty of course form and if in a similar mood, he ought to go well again while on a workable mark.

GETAWAYTONEWBAY ran well on his chase debut and confirmed that promise when successful at Stratford next time. He travelled really well when third at Warwick when last seen and is likely to go well again tomorrow.

15.20 – Bet At Novices’ Hurdle – 2m3f

Paul Nicholls looks to have allocated CELESTIAL FORCE an excellent chance to resume winning ways. He was a fairly useful stayer on the flat and has run well to finish runner-up under a penalty the last two times, including at Hereford the other day. He’s turned out quickly here, but should have too much class for this field and will be the only selection for this race.

15.55 – Racing TV HD On Sky 426 Handicap Hurdle – 1m7f

Harry Fry’s GET BACK GET BACK isn’t the most fluent hurdlers but there’s no doubting his ability and he overcame a few mistakes to score at Plumpton last month and a 4Ib rise looks quite lenient.

Emma Lavelle’s SHIROCCAN ROLL is very consistent and having won at Newton Abbot back in July, he was a solid second last month albeit rather unlucky at the same time when just touched off under top-weight. If he can back that up here he shouldn’t be far away.

16.30 – Over 40 Free RacingTV Club Days Handicap Chase – 3m1f

CAPTAIN TOMMY was fairly useful over hurdles and has steadily improved over fences, including when second on handicap debut at Bangor a couple of weeks ago. He could have more to offer as a result with Bryony Frost taking over in the saddle.

Harry Cobden retains the faith in LILLINGTON, who seemed to benefit from the step up in trip when bouncing back to form at Newton Abbot on his penultimate outing and then finished a good third when last seen. If he can replicate that sort of form in today’s race, he’ll have another squeak of being involved.

17.05 – Every Race Live On Racing TV Handicap Hurdle – 2m5f

JENNY’S DAY has only been seen twice since finishing runner-up in this event back in 2018 and although he failed to make an impact earlier this year, he’s very well-handicapped if ready for his seasonal debut.

DOUBLE COURT isn’t high on reliability but he’s more than capable of making his presence felt at this level and the hope of a return to hurdles seeing him to better effect.
