FRESH SPECULATION has raised his game since going handicapping by making the frame on each start and returns off the same mark as when third on his final start of last season at Chepstow. Henry Daly’s charge should go well.
Tips: FRESH SPECULATION
14.20 Keogh & Hows Handicap Chase
WESTERNINTHEPARK has won four of his seven starts to date and was last seen exceeding market expectations when fifth of 17 in a Grade 3 Sandown handicap in March. He appears to have been let in here lightly on chase debut and can make a winning start for Olly Murphy.
Tips: WESTERNINTHEPARK
14.55 Edward Abell Memorial Mares’ Handicap Hurdle
A very useful juvenile in 2022/23 when winning a Listed race, GREYVAL caught the eye with a fourth-place finish last time out and that run came after a four-month break. She ought to strip fitter and will be difficult to beat.
Tips: GREYVAL
15.30 Mid-Warwickshire Cleaning Supplies Ltd Maiden Hurdle
GLYNN BRAE overshadowed his lack of experience when winning a Leopardstown bumper very comfortably on his debut back in March and will represent an in-form handler on his hurdle/stable debut. He is difficult to oppose.
Tips: GLYNN BRAE
16.15 Grace & Dotty ‘National Hunt’ Maiden Hurdle
NIGHT DUTY shaped promisingly when third in a novice event at Market Rasen on hurdling debut last April, and although he’s not been seen since, he brings significant potential to the table on his return. Johnny Burke is an interesting jockey booking, too.
Tips: NIGHT DUTY
16.50 Rich Is 60 & Tom Is 30 Handicap Hurdle
In spite of a hefty absence, ANY BISCUITS was on a roll when last seen, completing back-to-back wins and returns with his stable firing on all cylinders. He may prove capable of completing a hat trick of wins.
Tips: ANY BISCUITS
