Sedgefield Place 6 Preview | 9th September
14.00 Racing Again 14th September Maiden Hurdle
WAY MAKER has made the frame on four of his five hurdle starts and this isn’t the strongest race in the world, so it would come as a surprise if the five-year-old can’t go close. This dual bumper winner is preferred to Earnest Relief.
Tips: WAY MAKER

The bang in-form STELLARMASTERPIECE has won her last four outings, including on the Flat last time out and there’s very little reason to oppose her. She absolutely bolted up when last seen over timber, so she’s fancied to make it five wins on the spin.
Tips: STELLARMASTERPIECE
15.00 Christmas Parties At Sedgefield Racecourse Handicap Chase
Quite a difficult race to solve. However, LIMERICK LEADER was a dominant winner from the front at Bangor last time out and a similar showing could be on the cards. He could get another soft lead, and if that’s the case, the nine-year-old looks sure to give this a good go.
Tips: LIMERICK LEADER
15.30 Winning Connections Conference Hire Handicap Chase
Being back on his last winning mark can see DEXTER resume winning ways. He finished a good third at Worcester when last seen and looks capable of going well in this very winnable contest. He earns the vote ahead of Tropical Talent, who is feared the most.
Tips: DEXTER
16.00 Sedgefield Racecourse For Outdoor Events Handicap Hurdle
LORIKO has been in very good form of late, winning three of his last four starts and did well to hold off an odds-on favourite last time out. He has more on his plate back in handicap company, but is the one to beat. Don’t rule out SKYJACK HIJACK though, who would undoubtedly beat these if rediscovering his best form. He has often proved to be a tough horse to pass.
Tips: LORIKO & SKYJACK HIJACK
16.30 Fairlight Studios Cafe At Sedgefield Racecourse Handicap Hurdle
EAST EAGLE resumed winning ways with an emphatic win at Stratford last time out, scoring by 11 lengths in spite of being scrubbed along a fair way from the finish. This is tougher off a 6lb higher mark, but a repeat showing from last time ought to be enough to double his tally.
Tips: EAST EAGLE
