Premier League Pick 4 Preview

Manchester City v Liverpool

Goals look to be on the menu at the Etihad when Manchester City take on Liverpool. Both sides are unbeaten after three games and they put their title credentials on the line in this clash. City’s home form has been a concern under Pep Guardiola having drawn eight of their last 17 on their own patch and this fixture ended 1-1 last season. A similar outcome could be on the cards this time again with Jurgen Klopp boasting a superb record against the top six sides.

0-0, 1-1, Other Draw

Everton v Spurs

Spurs travel to Everton on Saturday and Mauricio Pochettino’s men will be happy not to be playing at Wembley, but Goodison Park is not an easy ground to pick up all three points. Ronald Koeman’s men have had a tough start to the season in terms of fixtures and they only lost twice at home all of last season. In the last two meetings at Goodison Park this fixture has ended 1-1 and this looks like it will be another close contest.

0-0, 1-1, Other Draw

Brighton v West Brom

The form books suggests this meeting between these two sides should be a low-scoring affair as both teams have goals in short supply. Brighton are still looking for their first win and first goal in the Premier League and these are the types of games they need to win if they are to stay up. West Brom are unbeaten after three games and they look to have done some good business in the transfer window. Brighton’s lack of quality so far points to an away win for West Brom at the Amex.

0-1, 0-2

Stoke v Man Utd

Man Utd travel to Stoke aiming to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season and they have scored 10 goals without conceding any. Stoke on the other hand have had a mixed start to the season with a win, a draw and a defeat, but that win did come at home to Arsenal. Stoke can normally raise their game when they big boys come to town, but United look in ominous form already this season so Jose Mourinho’s men should make it four wins out of four.

0-1, 0-2, 0-3, other away win
