Pete O’Rourke’s Pick 3 Rollover Preview

We have a Pick 3 Rollover kicking off on Tuesday with Swansea vs Sheffield Wednesday and Pete O’Rourke has previewed the pool with a Syndicate available.

Swansea v Sheffield Wednesday

Both of these sides played out a disappointing goalless draw in the first meeting at Hillsborough and I am expecting another tight game in the replay at the Liberty Stadium.

Prior to Saturday’s 4-1 defeat to Brighton, Swansea had been in superb form under Carlos Carvalhal, unbeaten in ten games, and he will be demanding his side get back to winning ways against Sheffield Wednesday.

Sheffield Wednesday have struggled away from home with no win away from home in their last six games and Under 2.5 goals has landed in five of those six games so I will be looking at similar scorelines here.

Swansea have proved to be efficient under Carvalhal and they can get the job done here in a low-scoring game.

Prediction: 1-0, 2-0, 2-1, 1-1

Pick 3 Rollover

PSG v Marseille

These two rivals take each other for the second time in the space of three days, but this time in the Coupe de France. It is hard to look beyond a PSG win as they have been imperious in domestic competition, but Marseille are capable of giving them a real run for their money.

Marseille are unbeaten domestically in 2018 and they would love nothing better than beating their arch rivals on their home turf. The two sides drew 2-2 earlier in the season and I would again expect the goals to flow here.

Both teams can find the net in this contest so I will be looking at Over 2.5 goals and Both Teams To Score in this one so I will select my picks around another high-scoring affair with PSG’s attacking prowess coming out on top.

Prediction: 2-0, 2-1, 3-0, 3-1

Arsenal v Man City

Arsenal and Man City meet in the Premier League just days after contesting the first silverware of the season in the Carabao Cup final and one of the sides will be smarting from losing out at Wembley.

Games between these two sides have regularly featured goals galore so I think opting for another exciting affair is the way forward for success.

Both Teams To Score has landed in each of the past six head-to-head meetings in the Premier League and I would expect this latest encounter to follow suit so will make my picks around this.

Over 3.5 goals has also landed in four of the last six meetings in all competitions so goals should be on the menu on Thursday.

City won the first meeting at the Etihad Stadium 3-1 and although this game could be closer with Arsenal strong at the Emirates Stadium City could again just edge it.

Prediction: 1-1, Other Draw, 1-2
