GB Packers @ MIN Vikings
Packers: 1-6
The Packers are 4-1, and are ranked 1st in the NFC North division. This weekend they travel to Minneapolis to face the Minnesota Vikings at U.S. Bank Stadium who are 3-2, and ranked 3rd in the same division. Last week, the Packers beat the Cowboys 35-31 and the Vikings too had a victory 20-17 against the Chicago Bears. This week I see the Packers taking the victory, albeit not by many.
DET Lions @ NO Saints
Lions: 1-6, Saints: 1-6
The Lions are 3-2 and ranked 2nd in the NFC North. This weekend they head to Louisiana to face to New Orleans Saints who are 2-2, and 3rd in the NFC South. Last week, the Lions lost to the Carolina Panthers, 27-24 whereas the Saints last game was against the Dolphins, winning 20-0. The Lions had a great start to their season and I’d love to see a win this week, however I feel the game could go either way.
SF 49ers @ WAS Redskins
Redskins: 13-18, 19-24
The 49ers are currently winless, despite their best efforts against the Colts this past weekend, but that aside they have a total of 361 tackles, and are ranked 9th when it comes to sacks. Now they hit the road for another week, to face Washington Redskins at FedEx Field, who currently rank 2nd in the NFC East. Washington are 2-2 and last time out they lost out to the undefeated Chiefs however this week will be their week and I can see them storming the game.
NE Patriots @ NY Jets
Patriots: 7-12, 13-18
The Patriots are 3-2, are ranked 3rd in the AFC East division, and have the highest passing yards at 1602 so far this season. This weekend the head to the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, to face division rivals NY Jets who currently rank 2nd. Last week, the Patriots faced Tampa Bay Buccs and didn’t take the usual lead you would expect, although they did come away with the win. The Jets, despite losing their first two games of the season are on a winning streak but the Patriots will be sure to put them in their place.
LA Rams @ JAX Jaguars
Rams: 1-6, Jaguars: 1-6
The Jaguars are 3-2 and ranked 1st in the AFC South division, they have the highest rushing yards at 826 so far this season. This weekend the Jaguars will play at home where they face the LA Rams who too are 3-2 and currently rank 2nd in the NFC West. Last week, the Jaguars smashed the Steelers whereas the Rams lost out to the Seahawks. Overall, both teams look good so I can see it going either way.
PIT Steelers @ KC Chiefs
Chiefs: 1-6, 7-12
The Chiefs are 5-0, the one undefeated team in the league right now and this week they face the 3-2 Steelers who are 1st in their division, in Pennsylvania. The Steelers suffered a major loss to the Jaguars last week, with Ben Roethlisberger being the biggest target of attack. I see the Chiefs continuing their reign and taking the victory.
NY Giants @ DEN Bronco
Broncos: 7-12, 13-18
The Giants are 0-5 right now and suffered a huge shock last week losing their top wide receiver Odell Beckham Jnr, and overall as a team are suffering with injuries. The Broncos are 3-1, having beat the Raiders last time out 16-10. It’s safe to say the Broncos will take advantage of this and take the win.
