Ludlow Place 6 betting preview | November 30th

12.45 – Ludlow Brewery John Walters Novices’ Claiming Hurdle – 1m7f

This is a really weak race, so it’s surely a good opportunity for Olly Murphy’s LUSAKA to finally get his head in front. He’s consistent and has made the frame in four of his five starts over hurdles, finishing second three times and shaped well on stable debut last time at Leicester. He is fancied to outclass these now that he’s dropped in grade.

Selections: LUSAKA

13.15 – Flowfit Novices’ Handicap Chase – 2m4f

INFLAGRANTE ran well when second on his reappearance behind Ballyglass and although he failed to repeat that effort last time, he isn’t ruled out of this race on his chase debut from a handy mark. ON THE PLATFORM was runner-up in a Bangor handicap in April and should be a lot fitter from his return last month.

Selections: INFLAGRANTE, ON THE PLATFORM

13.45 – Marsh Commercial Mares’ Handicap Hurdle – 1m7f

MULLENBEG was smart in bumpers and is finally starting to translate that form to hurdles, for which he’s won his last two starts, including on her handicap debut last time. She has been hit with a six-pounds rise for that success but she should have plenty more left in the tank and gets the vote to complete the hat-trick.

Selections: MULLENBEG

14.15 – Corrie Cup Handicap Chase – 3m1f

TIDE TIMES completed a double over fences in March and wasn’t disgraced when sixth in the Staffordshire Plate despite not jumping with any real fluency. His fitness should be spot-on now having had a spin over hurdles at Cheltenham in red-hot race and he could go very well back over fences for trainer Ian Williams, who has his only runner on the card.

Selections: TIDE TIMES

14.45 – Oracle Dental Novices’ Handicap Chase – 1m7f

GALICE MACALO was very useful over hurdles and despite not being quite so good over the larger obstacles, she ran a very solid race when fourth in a Listed event at Bangor on her reappearance. This is a drop in grade for the mare and her trainer is amongst the winners of late too, so this could be the time this six-year-old gets off the mark in this sphere.

Selections: GALICE MACALO

15.15 – G.C. Rickards Ltd Conditional Jockeys’ Handicap Hurdle – 2m7f

LOUP DE MALDE has made a good start for this stable and won with quite a bit to spare when last spotted. He is up eight-pounds but he’s clearly in good heart at the moment and that might not prevent him from following-up in this race. LILY GLITTERS is closely matched with the former and should give a good account of herself given she’s won over course-and-distance over hurdles.

Selections: LOUP DE MALDE, LILY GLITTERS
