The opener could go the way of BALGOWAN, who shaped well when third over C&D on his seasonal reappearance and has been left on the same mark. Given the plum draw in stall one, I see no reason why he can’t go close to landing this winnable event.
Tips: BALGOWAN

MART hasn’t won for a while but has winning form over track and trip and is now 7lb below his last successful mark. Hollie Doyle will take the ride and he should be involved. The other one I’ll include is DIAMOND GEEZER, who has a lot of form off higher marks and could pose a threat.
Tips: MART & DIAMOND GEEZER

It might be worth focusing on a couple of newcomers who have an excellent record with debutants. LADY MAGU (Roger Varian) and MADRISA (William Haggas) could be ready to role and might just prove to be better than the favourite, who needs to improve from her debut third.
Tips: LADY MAGU & MADRISA
15.45 Tia Giggle Gallop Handicap
EL MATADOR has a good record when fresh snd is eased in grade for his return, so despite his big weight, I think he will prove a tough nut to crack. If there’s one horse that could beat him then consider TIGER CRUSADE, who was last successful over C&D off today’s mark.
Tips: EL MATADOR & TIGER CRUSADE
16.15 Sky Sports Racing Virgin 512 Handicap
DAYMAN is lurking on a dangerous mark and has a nice draw to contend with, so he’s one to strongly consider. FRANCISCO has run with credit on all of his last five outings and is another that has a good chance of being competitive.
Tips: DAYMAN & FRANCISCO

This race can go the way of STORM POINT, who got off the mark in good style at Kempton last time out and should have a lot more to come. I think Caviar Cowboy will give him a lot to think about but it’s hard to see Ed Walker’s charge not going close.
Tips: STORM POINT
