It’s hard to see past SHE IS FOR ME BOYS, who should be able to take care of this field. She came very close to winning a much stronger event at Market Rasen last time out and will be facing much easier opposition on this occasion. The top-weight is fancied to register a second win in this sphere.

15.28 Heritage House Mares’ Maiden Hurdle

MIGHTY FLEUR finished a good second last time out and is interestingly down in trip with cheekpieces fitted. She ought to be in contention, as should LADIES DAY. She was consistent in bumpers and has a leading chance starting out over hurdles.

16.03 Norfolk Community Foundation David Keith Memorial Veterans’ Handicap Chase

NUMITOR returned to winning ways under a positive ride at Hereford last time out and will have no issue returning to this longer trip. He remains nicely treated on last form and can go well, while HOLD YOUR FORT has been in good form this year and should give it a good go under Freddie Gingell.

16.38 Chestnut Group Norfolk National Handicap Chase

TOMMIE BEAU isn’t the force of old but he’s a winner over course-and-distance and has fallen to a dangerous-looking mark. If he’s on a going-day, the 11-year-old must be considered a major contender. UNANSWERED PRAYERS last won off a 10lb higher mark and his latest fourth in the Sussex National was respectable. He is handicapped to have a big say in the outcome.

17.13 Chestnut Group Fakenham Grand Prix Handicap Hurdle

This race looks really competitive. However, GRAND CONQUEROR has improved since going handicapping, winning twice and placing twice on four starts and has leading claims. The likes of the in-form MORNING MAYHEM and TYSON are others to consider. Hopefully one of these three can come out on top.
