We accept all major debit cards including MasterCard Debit, Maestro, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. Please refer to the table below for payment limits and processing information:

*Withdrawals typically take 1-2 business days to reach your debit card account but can take longer depending on your location. If you have not received your withdrawal after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Are there any cards you do not accept?
We do not accept the following card types: credit cards, American Express and Diners.
How many debit cards can I register on my Colossus account?
You can only have one debit card registered to your Colossus account at a time. If you wish to change the registered card (or update it because it has expired), first delete the current card and then enter the new card details.
Why was my debit card transaction declined?
There are a number of reasons why your debit card transaction may have been declined, such as:
- Incorrect expiry date
- Incorrect CSC number
- Invalid card
- Insufficient funds
- Blocked gaming
Our Customer Support team do not have access to this information so they will be unable to assist you in this instance. If you are experiencing issues, please contact your debit card issuer.
What happens to my stored debit card details?
We need to store your debit card details to fulfil our legal and regulatory obligations, process your transactions (as initiated by you) and combat fraud. For transactional purposes, your card will remain stored in your Colossus account until you decide to remove it. For legal and regulatory purposes, we will continue to store a record of your transactions in accordance with our Privacy policy.
In the unlikely event that there is a change in how we store your card credentials and/or how these are used, we will notify you via email. If you don’t wish to consent to us storing your card details, you won’t be able to deposit via card but you can use one of the alternative payment methods available on our site.
