All withdrawals of deposits made via Paysafecard (and of related subsequent payouts) must be requested on our “Withdrawal” page via bank transfer. If you haven’t already registered a bank account with Colossus, you will first need to do that (by following the instructions on the page), as well as send a copy of your bank statement showing your name, address and bank details to [email protected]. Any sensitive transactional information can be redacted.
