7.1 Colossus Bets employees are permitted to bet into our pools, though no incentives unavailable to any other Player are offered to employees and their betting in Colossus Bets pools is subject to monitoring by the Company.
7.2 Colossus Bets may refund to certain Players a percentage of their spend into our pools, either by way of cash or free bet credits. Such Players may include Syndicate Captains or other high-volume players. Separately Colossus Bets may pay a percentage of the spend of certain Players to other third parties, for example under affiliate arrangements we may have in place from time to time.
7.3 The terms under which any such Players in receipt of a refund on their spend (or on the spend of another Player) transact into Colossus Bets pools is otherwise the same as any other Player in those pools. The contribution to the pool (and therefore the amount available to be won by any winners) from a Bet which has been subject to a refund is the same as the contribution to the pool of any other Bet.
7.4 To prevent an undue number of Syndicate tickets being lapsed at the close of betting in a pool, Colossus Bets may elect to fund such tickets. In all cases Colossus Bets has no control over the selections made in such tickets with relevant tickets created by Syndicate Captains.
