4.1 All Bets are pool bets where winnings are determined by reference to the money staked and the number of correct entries in the pool.
4.2 Bets which correctly predict scores and/or outcomes of the required number of Legs will win a share of the Win Pool and where applicable Consolation Pools.
4.2.1 “Win Pool” – Players who select the correct result (for example, the correct score in score pools, correct margin in points margins pools and the correct home/draw/away outcome in 1X2 pools) of all the Legs of a pool will win a share of the Win Pool.
4.2.2 “Consolation Pools” – In certain pools a Line which does not win the Win Pool may be eligible to share a Consolation Pool prize based on the advertised terms of the pool.
4.3 The Win Pool will grow and rollover independently depending on whether it is won. Any rollovers from Consolation Pools will be applied to the next corresponding Win Pool. Colossus Bets will endeavour to apply all such rollovers to the next equivalent pool (for example, an English Premier League Pick 6 pool rollover will typically be applied to the following week’s English Premier League Pick 6 pool), but rollovers will be applied by Colossus Bets acting at its sole discretion.
4.4 Player stakes are allocated to each pool in accordance with the following:
4.4.1 Except for Ice Hockey (see clause 4.4.3 below), stakes on Pick 7 and Pick 6 correct score and correct points margin games, Pick 15 Asian Handicap games, Pick 15 Both Teams to Score games and Pick 15 Over/Under games shall be allocated as follows:
- 60% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool.
- 10% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but one correct selections.
- 13% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but two correct selections.
- 17% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but three correct selections.
4.4.2 Stakes on the 1X2 Pick 15 game will be allocated as follows:
- 45% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool.
- 15% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but one correct selections.
- 10% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but two correct selections.
- 13% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but three correct selections.
- 17% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but four correct selections.
4.4.3 Stakes on Ice Hockey Pick 6 Winning margin games, Pick 10 Asian Handicap games, Pick 10 Over/Under games, Pick 10 Both Teams to Score games, Pick 10 Match Result games and Pick 5 correct points margin games will be allocated as follows:
- 60% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool.
- 15% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but one correct selections.
- 25% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but two correct selections.
4.4.4 Stakes on Pick 20 Asian Handicap games, Pick 20 Over/Under games and Pick 20 Both Teams to Score games will be allocated as follows:
- 45% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool.
- 7% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but one correct selections.
- 9% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but two correct selections.
- 11% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but three correct selections.
- 13% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but four correct selections.
- 15% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but five correct selections.
4.4.5 Stakes on Pick 3 and Pick 4 correct score and correct points margin games, on 1X2 Pick 5 and Pick 8 games and on all tennis and darts games and on all single event (sometimes referred to as ‘Match Predictor’) games will be allocated as follows:
- 75% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool.
- 25% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but one correct selections.
4.4.6 Stakes on Pick 11 1X2 games, Pick 12 Asian Handicap games, Pick 12 Both Teams to Score games and Pick 12 Over/Under games shall be allocated as follows:
- 50% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool.
- 20% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but one correct selections.
- 30% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but two correct selections.
4.4.7 Stakes on the 1X2 Pick 12 game shall be allocated as follows:
- 50% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool.
- 13% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but one correct selections.
- 17% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but two correct selections.
- 20% of stakes shall be allocated to the Consolation Pool for all but three correct selections.
4.4.8 For all games where no Consolation Pools are advertised, 100% of stakes shall be allocated to the Win Pool and no other pools shall be available.
4.5 Unless stated otherwise, each pool is subject to a deduction of 30%. The net amount in each pool is 70% of stakes and the allocation of stakes to the different pools referred to above is after this deduction.
4.6 Each winning Line in a ticket is only eligible to win the single highest relevant prize fund applicable to such Line. For example a Line which includes the correct score in each of the six Legs of a correct score Pick 6 pool will win a share of the Win Pool prize but no Consolation Pool prizes which attach to that Pick 6 pool. Similarly a Line in that same pool which includes five of the six correct scores (but not six of six correct) will win a share of the ‘all but one’ Consolation Pool prize and therefore will not be eligible for the ‘all but two’ Consolation Pool prize.
4.7 All Colossus Bets dividends and partial cash-out transactions will be rounded down to the nearest one pence (or currency equivalent). For example a dividend of £350.49764 will be rounded down to £350.49 and the cashing-out of 10% of an offer of €25.67 for 100% of a Live Ticket, will be rounded down to a cash-out amount of €2.56.
