Uttoxeter Place 6 Preview | 16th November

12.10 – Crown Cellars Wine Maiden Hurdle

KINGSTON PRIDE confirmed the promise of his Rules debut second to Tripoli Flyer when easily going one better at Exeter and is an exciting prospect now starting out in this sphere. Nicky Henderson’s charge can take the opener.

Tips: KINGSTON PRIDE

12.45 – QuinnBet Novices’ Hurdle

Nicky Henderson’s EITHER WAY has yet to make an impact in both of her starts, but she’s interesting on her debut in what is a weak contest. This will not take a lot of winning, so she gets the vote to come out on top under David Bass.

Tips: EITHER WAY

13.20 – Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company Handicap Chase

SPORTING ACE has to concede weight and fitness to most of his rivals, but he finished a solid second in a much stronger race than this when last seen and remains on a very handy mark. The eight-year-old can go well on his seasonal reappearance.

Tips: SPORTING ACE

13.53 – 1664 Biere Mares’ Handicap Chase

LIME DROP has been unlucky to not at least win once in her last seven starts, given she’s finished runner-up on five occasions. However, she remains well handicapped on the pick of her hurdles form and must be respected as she goes in search of a first win this year.

Tips: LIME DROP

14.28 – European Heathyards 50th Anniversary Handicap Hurdle

FOURTOWNS should appreciate returning to this left-handed track and represents a stable in very good form, so he gets the main vote ahead of COURT CLAN, who finished a decent fourth under a big weight last time out.

Tips: FOURTOWNS, COURT CLAN

15.03 – Keith Bailey Memorial Handicap Hurdle

EL VIGARO ran his best race to date when second over C&D earlier this month and must go well with a repeat success. ROCK ON TOMMY also filled the same spot last time out and is another to consider in this wide-open contest.

Tips: EL VIGARO, ROCK ON TOMMY
