TACKLING THE £2,000,000 FREEPLAY6

Back to normality – thankfully, we can put that international dross behind us now with the return of our bread and butter footy. The Premier League is back and with that two week break, you can be sure that all I have done is spent that time swatting up on where to go with the next FreePlay6 😉 With a jackpot of over £2 MILLION, here is my FREE shot.

Southampton vs Liverpool – Sat, Nov 19 15:00
Klopp’s Reds are in imperious form since their only defeat of the season at Burnley – top of the table too, is there anyone that can stop them? Southampton will try, and following their last outing at Hull ending in a disappointing 2-1 loss, it would be easy to think this is the last game they need.

BUT, coming after the international break, this might be the perfect time to nick a point off Liverpool. The likes of Mane and Coutinho will have wracked up some air miles in the process. A point a piece here for me.

Prediction: 1-1

Watford vs Leicester – Sat, Nov 19 15:00
Watford and Leicester’s recent form is best described as ‘patchy’. They both have two wins in their last six games and just three points separate their league standings (Watford 8th, Leicester 14th). The most obvious outcome here for me is a draw – but I fancy goals, so I’m going ‘Any Other Draw’.

Prediction: Any Other Draw

Dortmund vs Bayern Munich – Sat, Nov 19 17:30
There’s a familiar feel in the Bundesliga – Bayern sit top, unbeaten with seven wins from ten- but they’ve not left everyone for dead as easily as they have done in previous Pep years gone by.

They may have the best defence in the division, but with only one clean sheet in their last six, this bodes well for opponents Dortmund. The home side to score, but the Champions to take all three points.

Prediction: 1-2

Atl Madrid vs Real Madrid – Sat, Nov 19 19:45
There’s also a familiar feeling at the top of La Liga. Real are sitting pretty on top and remain unbeaten. But we all know form goes out the window when it comes to a derby game.

So despite the glut of goals Ronaldo and Real have knocked in of late, when it comes to H2H, five of the last six have been under 2.5 goals (four of which were draws). It’s a toss up between 0-0 and 1-1…

Prediction: 1-1

Middlesbrough vs Chelsea – Sun, Nov 20 16:00
If there is one team Middlesbrough won’t want to face this weekend, it’s Chelsea. They’ve lost their last six H2H’s on the bounce, conceding 15 and scoring NONE – not to mention the fact Chelsea have won their last five on the bounce in the league, scoring sixteen, and again, conceding NONE! This one picks itself really.

Prediction: Any Other Away

West Brom vs Burnley – Mon, Nov 21 20:00
Not the most glamorous tie to finish with, but if it’s the one that’s the difference between you winning a good few quid or not, I’m sure you’ll be tuning in. Sitting 9th and 11th respectively, Burnley & West Brom will be relatively happy with that you’d think.

One thing they both struggle with is putting the ball in the net though, so I’m not expecting a goal fest. The Clarets have only won one in six against Pulis’ side and I think home advantage might just swing this for WBA.

Prediction: 1-0
