Tottenham vs Southampton (Tue, 12.30)

Tottenham play host to Southampton aiming to keep pace with the leading pack for a place in the top four. Spurs are well and truly over their early season Wembley hoodoo, while Southampton continue to frustrate with their inconsistent form and they could find themselves in a relegation battle if things do not improve quickly. It should be an entertaining game as Mauricio Pochettino comes up against his former side, but it should be a comfortable Spurs win.

Prediction: 1-0, 2-0, 2-1, 3-1

Huddersfield vs Stoke (Tue, 15.00)

Huddersfield’s home form has been key for them and they will be looking to continue that against Stoke on Boxing Day. Stoke have won just one game away from home all season and pressure is building on Mark Hughes. Defeat here for the Potters could spell the end for Hughes and mean a long hard winter for Stoke. Huddersfield to win by a narrow margin.

Prediction: 1-0, 2-1, 1-1

Man Utd vs Burnley (Tue, 15.00)

Manchester United are keeping up their hunt of leaders Manchester City meaning three points at home to Burnley is a must. United have won all but one of their games at Old Trafford this season and although Burnley have earned some surprise results away from Turf Moor this season against Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham I can’t see them getting anything from their trip to Old Trafford. United should win this and keep another clean sheet in the process.

Prediction: 1-0, 2-0, 3-0

Liverpool vs Swansea (Tue, 17.30)

Free-scoring Liverpool take on struggling Swansea looking to keep their bid for a place in the top four on track. Liverpool threw away a two-goal lead to draw 3-3 with Arsenal last time out so Jurgen Klopp will demand all three points at home after dropping points at Anfield recently to Everton and West Brom. Managerless Swansea are in desperate need of points after a disastrous run of form cost Paul Clement his job and Liverpool should pile on the misery on Boxing Day.

Prediction: 1-0, 2-0, Other Home Win
