Goodwood Win 4 Preview | 30th July

14.30 HKJC World Pool Molecomb Stakes (Group 3)

The return to this trip can see LADY IMAN make it four wins from five starts. Her previous wins at the Curragh and at Naas have worked out very well and connections have appointed Ryan Moore to ride.

This strong traveller should be well suited to this course and can stamp her class on the field.

Tips: LADY IMAN

15.05 Visit Qatar Sussex Stakes (Group 1)

FIELD OF GOLD is a short price but it’s hard to see past the leading miler who was last seen winning the St James’s Palace Stakes in good style.

He’s getting better and better with every run and William Buick takes the ride. Rosallion is a worthy opponent, but the favourite looks a cut above the field and can add another top-level success to his CV.

Tips: FIELD OF GOLD

15.45 British Stallion Studs EBF Fillies’ Handicap

MUSIC PIECE wasn’t suited to the step up in trip last time out and is better judged on her previous C&D second in a Listed event.

Given she finished in front of subsequent Sandringham Stakes winner Never Let Go, Andrew Balding’s charge must be well handicapped off 89. Oisin Murphy was onboard when she finished second on debut at Ascot and is back in the saddle.

Tips: MUSIC PIECE

16.20 British Stallion Studs EBF Alice Keppel Fillies’ Conditions Stakes

OUR CODY was given no option but to be pulled out of the Super Sprint due to getting loose beforehand. However, if she behaves herself on this occasion, I think she has a chance.

She has progressed with each start and was a good winner at Windsor last time out. With this course suiting the speedier types, Richard Hughes’ filly could turn out to be the biggest danger to the favourite who seems short enough.
