BEELZEBUB ended a losing run when bolting up at Windsor seven days ago. The six-year-old has escaped a penalty for that success, so if he turns up in similar form, then he should have no trouble in recording back-to-back wins.

ZIGHY is proving extremely consistent and ran another solid race when third at Chester last time out. She probably did too much too soon but this looks easier and she should be able to register a third win of her career at the expense of All Ways Glamorous.

Norfolk Blue has leading claims based on his latest second but FLYTA is on the same mark as when filling that same spot at Windsor last time out. She is open to further improvement in handicaps and can go well for the Loughnane’s.

None of the six can be ruled out. However, the marginal vote goes to BOLD IMPACT. He was a massive eye-catcher when third at Chepstow last time out and is eased in grade off the same mark. He’s extremely well treated and can score for the first time since September 2024.

A chance is taken on MARQUESSOFANGLESEY, who has improved with each start and came within a head of scoring at Wolverhampton when last seen. With more to come over this longer distance, Charlie Hill’s charge can come out on top.
