Ayr Place 6 Preview | 5th July
14.11 Hadley’s ‘Hello My Wee China’ Amateur Jockeys’ Handicap
Twice a winner over C&D, WATER OF LEITH is only a pound above his last winning mark and should be able to get involved. OUR ABSENT FRIENDS is another course winner with leading claims in the opener.
Tips: WATER OF LEITH & OUR ABSENT FRIENDS
14.41 Ayrshire Magazine Community EBF Maiden Stakes
Debutant INSTANT FORCE represents a stable with an outstanding record with two-year-old’s this season and must be respected. However, INFLUENCER MAN is another to not underestimate in spite of his stable not having a two-year-old winner this term.
Tips: INSTANT FORCE & INFLUENCER MAN
15.15 Now Ayrshire Radio Handicap
QITAAL has a lot of good form off higher marks, with wins and placed efforts to his name, and has placed in three of his last four outings. I can see him making a serious impact, while LEONATO should improve on his handicap debut second at Yarmouth and could go well.
Tips: QITAAL & LEONATO
15.50 Book The Sounds Of Summer Racenight Classified Stakes
The answer to this race could very well be LANGHOLM. He returned to winning ways at Beverley last time out and still remains really well handicapped on past exploits. He looks poised to go close in his follow-up bid with most of the others struggling for form of late.
Tips: LANGHOLM
16.25 Glasgow Fair Family Raceday 20 July Handicap
I like the look of OFF SPIN. He produced a good third over track and trip last time out and looked a little unlucky when third at Pontefract on his penultimate start. Still on a career-low mark of 55, a first win could well be on the cards.
Tips: OFF SPIN
17.00 Summer Mile Handicap
DWINDLING FUNDS ran a really good race when pushing a progressive type close at Musselburgh when last seen. He loves this place and won five times at the venue last year, so off an unchanged mark from last time, he should be in the mix.
Tips: DWINDLING FUNDS
