The Pick 15 Consolation bonanza
A couple of players from Ghana ran it close, with one cashing out for roughly £3,800 on the Saturday night.
They would have still been on for a possible £250,000+ on Sunday, and their offer at half time of Liverpool v Man City would have been around £32,000. Luckily for this player, Liverpool went on to win and so sparing their blushes.
Another player let their ticket run, even after losing in leg 1 as Watford were held by Southampton. It proved a smart decision as they were rewarded with roughly £6,300 in Consolation money for their great effort – scoring 14/15 in the end.
Finally for the Pick 15, a player in France who staked €0.40 was rewarded with over €2,000 in Consolations for going 14/15!

A sting in the tail of The Colossus
A great story here in the famous Colossus pool as one Betfair player managed a couple of great cash outs last weekend…
Still in the hunt for 6/7 Consolation after leg 6, they decided to cash out 50% for €1,116. Then, moments after they put an end to any tension by cashing out the remaining 50% for exactly the same, leaving them in €2,200 profit after their initial €32 outlay. It proved to be a great decision as their selections in the final leg were losing selections.
Shout out to Syndicates
TwoPoundPunt created a £72 Syndicate in our Pick 3 Rollover in early January that waltzed it’s way through to a share of the Jackpot.
It ended up winning £2,359 which meant if you had a 10% share of this Syndicate, you would have won £235 from a £7.20 stake!
Finally for this week, UberTipsterUK launched a modest £76.80 Syndicate in our Pick 15 that was shooting for £80,000. A couple of cash-outs for a combined £1,616 guaranteed everyone involved a healthy profit. With only one blemish on the ticket at the end of the pool, their remaining 10% earned them another £476, resulting in a total of nearly £2,100 overall! Super stuff.
