(See Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/2-your-account\/\">2.3<\/a> below)<\/li>\n<li>We collect and may use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. (See Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/2-your-account\/\">2.4<\/a> below, our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/category\/terms-of-play-policies\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/category\/terms-of-play-policies\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>You are liable for all transactions made using your Account and we accept no responsibility for any misuse of your Account by any third party. (See Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/2-your-account\/\">2.8<\/a> below)<\/li>\n<li>All customer funds we hold are held in designated customer bank accounts, separate to our operating bank accounts. We comply with the requirements of the Gambling Commission of Great Britain with regards to safeguarding our customers\u2019 funds. (See Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/2-your-account\/\">2.12<\/a> below)<\/li>\n<li>Colossus Bets operates a pool betting platform where winnings are determined by reference to the money staked and the number of correct entries in the pool. This means advertised prizes may be shared. (See Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/4-organisation-of-our-pools-and-associated-deductions\/\">4<\/a> below)<\/li>\n<li>Save in respect of any winnings lawfully due to you, our liability for fraud, death or personal injury or your statutory rights, our maximum liability to you is limited to the greater of: a) where such liability relates to a specific bet or wager, the amount of the stake wagered; or b) \u00a310,000 pounds. (See Section <a href=\"https:\/\/www.colossusbets.com\/help\/11-our-liability\/\">11.3<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>If you have a dispute about a bet we will seek to resolve it internally but if you are not satisfied with the resolution you can raise the matter with IBAS (the Independent Betting Adjudication Service).
