Buffalo Bills @ Washington Redskins<\/strong>
\nThe Bills are rapidly slipping out of playoff contention and only a win over the Redskins will keep their postseason hopes alive. However, Washington have their own battle to secure the NFC East title and will be eager to impress in front of their home fans.<\/p>\n

Kirk Cousins has been a breath of fresh air at Washington this season and has been the key reason for their vast improvement. With DeSean Jackson, Pierre Garcon and Jordan Reed in the roster, Washington have plenty of offensive weapons and should exploit a half-hearted Buffalo side.

Carolina Panthers @ New York Giants<\/strong>
\nThe Panthers are currently 13-0 so I\u2019ll be backing them right? Wrong! Cam Newton and co have been outstanding so far this season but this could be one step too far for Carolina. Last weekend, they suffered numerous injury problems and Ron Rivera may not risk his star men in this clash.<\/p>\n

Odell Beckham vs Josh Norman will be an intriguing contest and the Giants will be relying on their wide receiver to win this personal battle. If Beckham performs well, New York will win \u2013 it really is as simple as that.

Chicago Bears @ Minnesota Vikings<\/strong>
\nDivisional fixtures are always the hardest to predict and this NFC North clash is no different. Chicago have been much improved this season while the Vikings started well but have struggled in recent weeks.<\/p>\n

Minnesota is a difficult place to go at any time of year, however it is notoriously hostile in December. Adrian Peterson is in the hunt to finish as the NFL\u2019s top rusher this season and the Vikings star will be key once again. If Chicago can slow Peterson down, they could sneak it. If not, Minnesota may run away with this one.

Denver Broncos @ Pittsburgh Steelers<\/strong>
\nThe Denver Broncos were beaten at home by the Oakland Raiders last weekend\u2026 that never happens. This week, I\u2019m fully expecting Denver to bounce back, however they may still struggle to cope with Pittsburgh\u2019s high-powered offense.<\/p>\n

When Le\u2019Veon Bell was ruled out for the entire 2015 season, many dismissed Pittsburgh\u2019s chances. In the last four weeks, they have scored more points and recorded more offensive yards than any other team in the league. This game will be close and a defensive lapse in concentration from either side could be the difference.
\nSELECTION<\/strong>: Denver by 1-6<\/strong> OR Pittsburgh by 1-6<\/strong><\/p>\n

Miami Dolphins @ San Diego Chargers<\/strong>
\nBoth of these teams have losing records this season and it is incredibly difficult to pick a winner. Heading into the season, Miami were widely regarded as potential playoff candidate while the Chargers were touted as Denver\u2019s main challengers \u2013 oh, how wrong we all were\u2026<\/p>\n

13 games later, Miami are 5-8 and San Diego are 3-10 for the season. To be fair, the Chargers have been hindered by injuries on offense and the Dolphins are in transition after a number of coaching changes earlier this season. Based purely on their better record, I\u2019ll take the Dolphins to sneak this one.
\nSELECTION<\/strong>: Miami by 1-6<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arizona Cardinals @ Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong>
\nArizona control their own destiny this season and are looking to secure a first-week bye in the playoffs. Meanwhile, Chip Kelly\u2019s Philadelphia side have been very inconsistent this season; one week, they\u2019re losing to Detroit and then beating New England the next.<\/p>\n

It is becoming extremely difficult to predict Philadelphia\u2019s matches, however it\u2019s a much easier decision this week. You HAVE to go with the 11-2 Cardinals in this clash. Arizona may well be the most complete side in the NFL<\/a> and will be a major threat throughout the playoffs, especially if they secure that first-week bye.
\nSELECTION<\/strong>: Arizona by 1-6<\/strong> OR 7-12<\/strong><\/p>\n

Detroit Lions @ New Orleans Saints<\/strong>
\nNew Orleans won\u2019t feature in the playoffs this year but Sean Payton\u2019s side will be keen to put on a show for their passionate supporters. Drew Brees has performed admirably at home this season and it wouldn\u2019t be a huge surprise to see the veteran quarterback exploit Detroit\u2019s secondary on more than one occasion in this clash.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Lions have picked up their form since losing to the Kansas City Chiefs at Wembley Stadium in November. Detroit have shown plenty of promise in the second half of the season and Jim Caldwell\u2019s men are now playing for pride. Unfortunately, that won\u2019t be enough for them against the likes of Brandin Cooks, Marques Colston and Benjamin Watson.
