He is the one they all have to beat but I\u2019ll add in RON<\/strong> BURGUNDY<\/strong>, who\u2019s placed twice off this mark, including here last time over track and trip and cannot be discounted.<\/p>\n

He absolutely powered to success over course-and-distance three weeks ago by 13 lengths and an eight pound rise shouldn\u2019t be enough to stop him winning again. All of his wins over fences have been off much higher marks and this will be only his fifth hurdles start. He has been given a good chance by the assessor.<\/p>\n

She is surely going to rank higher judged on the evidence of her two wins and is strongly fancied to complete the hat-trick.<\/p>\n

The seven-year-old ran in snatches but was strong at the finish and if she can race a bit more kindly, the follow-up could well be on the cards.<\/p>\n
