Andrew Balding\u2019s ROCK EAGLE<\/strong> is very consistent and ran a cracker when eighth in the Ascot Stakes when last spotted. He travelled well throughout despite being keen and looked to be the winner when they turned in but his earlier excursions told in the latter stages. The drop in grade and trip will be a lot better and he should get cover on this occasion which didn\u2019t happen last time. I think he\u2019s got an outstanding chance of beating these off a mark that\u2019s well within his capabilities if he settles. He\u2019s the best bet on the card in my view.<\/p>\n

He will renew rivalry with that same rival on the same terms but Clive Cox\u2019s charge should come on plenty for his return when midfield in the Platinum Jubilee at Royal Ascot. He\u2019s a player, while CHIL CHIL<\/strong> ran a career-best when third in the Sprint Cup last time and should go well if ready to roll. GO BEARS GO<\/strong> disappointed in the Commonwealth Cup but has a good record in this grade and is next best.<\/p>\n

SAFARI DREAM <\/strong>has shaped with promise in placing in both starts and is an outsider to consider. MIAMI GIRL <\/strong>resumed winning ways at Windsor last time and has an excellent chance for Richard Hannon, who\u2019s got a good record in this, while UNION COURT <\/strong>wasn\u2019t disgraced when midfield in the Windsor Castle and has place possibilities.<\/p>\n
