7. Philippe Coutinho <\/strong><\/p>\n

James Rodriguez\u2019s move to Everton could set a precedent for Philippe Coutinho. Another number ten to have struggled in recent years at a flurry of super clubs, dropping down in stature could help get him back on track.<\/p>\n

Obvious jokes aside, Arsenal have been linked<\/a>. At this stage of his career, that seems like an ideal move for the Brazilian as Mikel Arteta tries to bring some creativity into his side.<\/p>\n

6. Wilfried Zaha <\/strong><\/p>\n

You\u2019ve heard it all before. Wilfried Zaha is indispensable for Crystal Palace but seemingly not quite worth a huge investment for anyone else has proven to be exactly the recipe for a number of transfer sagas over the last few years.<\/p>\n

Still, Sterling has spoken of unhappiness at his limited game time at Manchester City last season and, given Pep Guardiola\u2019s propensity for rotation, the notion of going back to a bit-part role after such a successful campaign this summer would be a real shame. 4. Raphael Varane<\/strong><\/p>\n

Raphael Varane does not need to prove anything. He\u2019s won pretty everything in the game so won’t like where Real Madrid are at the moment. In a state of transition, their deranged attempts to stay in the European Super League as that ship sunk to the sea speaks to a club struggling on the financial front.<\/p>\n

At 28, a serial winner like that will surely not accept not challenging for major honours. If he can help lead Manchester United to a first Premier League title since the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson, Varane\u2019s brilliance would finally be recognised in England. Act on this momentum and the Locatelli could be a major force in European football over the coming years.<\/p>\n

2. Renato Sanches <\/strong><\/p>\n

Renato Sanches has already had one big move and the Portugal star now has a chance at redemption.<\/p>\n

The calming presence in the Portuguese midfield as their attacking stars flattered to deceive, the 23-year-old looks ready to move back to one of Europe\u2019s major clubs after helping Lille win Ligue 1 last season.<\/p>\n

As things stand, we\u2019re getting to a point where Bayern Munich might actually regret selling him so quickly. Nonetheless, he’s one of the players linked with moves in the summer transfer window and the latest Liverpool transfer rumours<\/a> suggest that The Reds are keen.<\/p>\n
