Legion of Boom Bowl. In a league that has become obsessed with the pass, this is an old school, run first match up with a modern twist.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no team quite as hot as Baltimore at the moment, they are on course for the least punts in a non strike season in NFL history. The best defence in the league couldn\u2019t stop them. Can the second best halt them this time around? It\u2019s unlikely.<\/p>\n<p>As good as the 49ers defence are they, can be run on and the Ravens will do this while neutralising one of San Franciso\u2019s greatest weapons, the pass rush. Baltimore\u2019s defense shouldn\u2019t be overlooked either and have been every bit as good as the offence over the last two months.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s hard to see San Francisco keeping pace with the Ravens in Baltimore on either side of the ball at the moment, even though they looked so impressive against Green Bay. The Ravens also have a special teams advantage here too. Will the Browns be more disciplined this time around? They still have serious chances of grabbing the last playoff place but they will need to keep their win streak going in Pittsburgh who start Duck Hodges Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Hodges showed a bit more spark than Mason Rudolph when he stood in earlier in the season and is the right move for the franchise to make. The Steelers too can still make the playoffs but they\u2019ll need to fend off the Browns to prevent both ending up at 6-6 with Cleveland holding the tiebreaker.<\/p>\n<p>The Steelers have a good defence and Minkah Fitzpatrick has become a turnover machine. This could be a tight game at Heinz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cleveland Browns: 1-6 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pittsburgh Steelers: 1-6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oakland Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Chiefs are one of the three teams clearly above the rest of the pack in the AFC but their record doesn\u2019t show it after their mid season wobble. They are 4th overall in DVOA, the next AFC team is the Browns down in 11th.<\/p>\n<p>Kansas City need to put to bed any slight threat the Raiders have of snatching the AFC West crown off them Sunday and they\u2019ll do it. The Raiders were awful in all phases of the game in New York last week. They\u2019ll need production from Josh Jacobs and Derek Carr to keep up with the Chiefs in this game, especially as the Oakland defence is one of the worst in the league. Chiefs might win this big in a high scoring affair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kansas City Chiefs: 13-18, 19-24<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA Chargers vs. Denver Broncos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Last chance saloon for the Chargers. It\u2019s already over for the Broncos.<\/p>\n<p>This is a fairly well balanced match up, the Chargers 12th best offence against the Broncos 12th best defence, the Broncos 26th best offence against the Chargers 25th best defence.<\/p>\n<p>Fair to say this could go either way with LA struggling a bit this season behind their aging quarterback and the Broncos still scrambling around trying to find their Peyton Manning replacement. Could go either way this as my NFL betting tips reflect.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LA Chargers: 7-12 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Denver Broncos: 7-12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>New England Patriots vs. Houston Texans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rumours that flu has hit the Patriots locker room this week gives Houston some hope. Deshaun Watson can maker the sort of out of structure plays that could cause the Patriots defense some problems. The Texans defense suffering without JJ Watt gives Tom Brady and Josh McDaniels the chance to find some momentum on an offense that\u2019s only scored 13 and 17 points over the last two weeks even with good starting field position. Deandre Hopkins vs Stephen Gilmore is possibly the NFL match up of the year and the winner could go a long way to who wins this game. The return of Will Fuller also provides Watson with a deep dimension. Master vs pupil on the sideline and Belichick clearly has a great advantage here but this just might be the second game the Patriots drop this season. Always hard to bet against them though.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New England Patriots: 1-6 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Houston Texans: 1-6, 7-12<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minnesota Vikings vs. Seattle Seahawks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monday night in Seattle, Russell Wilson usually plays great in Prime Time although the Vikings defensc has caused him problems in the past. The Quandre Diggs trade might be the trade of the season and Seattle\u2019s defence looks revitalised since his arrival, shutting teams down and forcing turnovers.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a fascinating match up and another potential playoff meeting of the teams currently in the Wild Card slots. It\u2019s always hard to bet against Wilson who will keep the game close.
