The goals will come for Janssen<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It hasn\u2019t taken long for the Spurs fans to start getting on Janssen\u2019s back. The young Dutch striker has only scored once since heading to London in the summer and, though he has been industrious and moderately threatening in every game he\u2019s played, he has yet to find his scoring boots. Some have started comparing him to Bobby Soldado, who flopped at Spurs a few seasons ago following a big money move from Valencia, but I think it\u2019s a little too early for that. While Soldado regularly looked out of place and lost, Janssen does not; he\u2019s hardworking, intelligent, and has been unlucky not to find the net again since he bagged that penalty against Gillingham. I am confident the goals will come soon, and I still have faith that he will end up being regarded as a tremendous signing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This Champions League lark is easy for Leicester<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Three games. Three wins. Five goals scored. Zero conceded. This Champions League<\/a> business is a bit too simple, isn\u2019t it? Leicester may not have started their Premier League title<\/a> defence in the most impressive of manners, but in Europe they appear a completely different team. Many critics of Ranieri\u2019s side have said that they were very lucky to have found themselves in one of the competition\u2019s easier groups, but the Foxes have still performed incredibly well in each of their games on the biggest stage. It appears that they will go through with ease, and you\u2019d hardly bet against them going even further than the first knockout round.<\/p>\n

Koeman has made Everton a top side again<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Under Moyes<\/a>, Everton were one of those teams you hated to play against. They were solid at the back, tough to break down in the middle, and not bad on the counter. Under Martinez<\/a> all that changed, and Everton became very beatable. However, with Koeman now at the helm, the Blues look more like the Everton<\/a> of old than the one that failed to do much of note last season. The Toffees currently sit in sixth \u2013 just one point behind Chelsea and only two behind city rivals Liverpool<\/a> \u2013 and have the second best defensive record in the league (only Tottenham\u2019s is better). Under Koeman, the future looks bright for Everton<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Is a season in the Championship exactly what Dwight Gayle needed?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The 25-year-old, who was prone to erratic performances while at Crystal Palace<\/a>, made the decision to drop down a league and play for Championship newcomers Newcastle this summer. The striker, who hasn\u2019t really been a prolific goalscorer since his Bishop\u2019s Stortford days, now cannot stop finding the net. He already has 11 goals in 11 games this season<\/a> and we\u2019re not even out of October. Newcastle look likely to head straight back up to the Premier League<\/a>, but whether Gayle will be able to cut it as a Premier League striker is yet to be seen. Maybe a stellar season on the second<\/a> tier will give him the confidence to perform week in week out in the biggest league in the world.<\/p>\n

City fans must be praying for Joe Hart\u2019s return<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This Bravo lad isn\u2019t all that good, is he? Joe Hart may have had the odd dodgy game, but Bravo seems to have one every other week. Against Barcelona<\/a> he made the quite incredible decision to run way outside his box, pass the ball straight to Suarez, then punch the ball out of the air while stranded in no man\u2019s land. At the time the score was 1-0 and, though it\u2019s difficult to say whether or not City<\/a> would have been able to get back into the game, their challenge was all but destroyed once the \u2018keeper decided to get himself sent off. Joe Hart\u2019s return cannot come quickly enough for the City faithful<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tim Cahill\u2019s still got it<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It\u2019s not often that I include more than one video, but this goal really is something special. Tim Cahill, formerly of Millwall, Everton and New York Red Bulls, scored this absolute stunner on his debut for Melbourne City. Not a bad way for the 36-year-old, who is a national hero in Australia, to introduce himself to the A-League.
