A bit more improvement will be required to win this but Dan Skelton does well at this course and his only runner on the card must have excellent claims under Bridget Andrews.

    13.58 – Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Novices’ Handicap Chase – 2m4f COTTON END ran her best race of the year when third at Uttoxeter when last seen and is well-handicapped on her best form with her last success coming off a 21Ib higher mark.

She was below form when last seen but this three-time Group 1 winner has a good chance to avenge that defeat, especially with a great record fresh.

He ran well on his return at Doncaster when third and is on the same mark for this contest, so he’s a definite for place material.
